Kenji Odono, 23, an international student from Singapore said: “As much as I love socialising and have missed parties and going out, I am not confident that this might fully work. The chances of it triggering and striking up are high. We are so new to this virus, there could be other variants that we are not immune to simply because we are unaware of it. Fully lifting restrictions and not having to wear masks is definitely a risk. A risk I am not ready to take because past two years have been miserable as it is. I would condone to the same rules but not sure if the whole of England would.”
